Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Learn Product, we strive to provide you with the best learning experience possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellations and refunds, in compliance with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
 

2. Definitions

  • Bootcamp: Refers to any of the courses or training programs offered by Learn Product Bootcamp.

  • Student: Refers to any individual enrolled in a Bootcamp.

  • Enrollment Date: The date on which the student completes the payment process and enrolls in a Bootcamp.

  • Start Date: The date on which the Bootcamp begins.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Student:

  • Right to Cancel:

    • Students have the right to cancel their enrollment within 14 days of the Enrollment Date (cooling-off period) for a full refund, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • After the Cooling-Off Period:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days after the Start Date are not eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days after the Start Date are eligible for a refund.

3.2 Cancellation by Learn Product Bootcamp:

  • In the event that Learn Product Bootcamp cancels a Bootcamp, students will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in a future Bootcamp at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds for Bootcamps in Progress:

  • Within the First Two Weeks: Students who withdraw within the first week of the Bootcamp are eligible for a full refund.

  • After the First Week: No refunds will be issued after the two weeks of the Bootcamp.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In cases of medical emergencies, severe personal issues, or other exceptional circumstances, students may request a refund. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to info@learnproduct.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request: [Your Full Name]”.

  • The request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation if applicable.

5.2 Refund Approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Transfer Policy

  • Students may transfer their enrollment to a future Bootcamp session once, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the Start Date. Transfers are subject to availability.

Learn Product Bootcamp reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email and will be posted on our website.

By enrolling in a Learn Product Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy.
